As of September 25, 2007, a committee composed of ASIFA’s representatives will be mandated to select the movies and decide of their admission in the final contest. A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 movies will be chosen and submitted to a public vote. The selected movies will be posted on Toon Boom’s web site and visitors will be able to vote from October 8, 2007 to October 21, 2007.

The three movies that obtain the highest vote will be showcased online for a year on Toon Boom’s website (a link will also be available from the ASIFA website and it’s various chapters). Movies will also be screened in different cities during the evening celebrating the International Animation Celebration Day on October 28th, 2007. The three winners will also receive a copy of Toon Boom Digital Pro.
