"Creativitips is the rebirth of a Dutch written e-newsletter on creative thinking techniques we started a year and a half ago. Because of the enormous click-through ratings, we decided to come up with a way of making that written content far more available and fun for a much larger audience. Hence, we decided to redo the content in English and in animated form. That's we're you guys and Animation-ish stepped in. The Creativitip newsletter now leads a second live as "Nudges". Animated with Animation-ish software in combination with basic Apple iLife software, they "nudge" you towards a little more creativity in life. The first 5 nudges are available on www.creativitips.com. And there are dozens more to come over the coming weeks and months."
Thanks to the time saving simplicity and fun-factor of Animation-ish we are now able to give our Creativitips their proper place within the bigger picture of Pinching the Ostrich, a 5 year experiment in applied creative thinking at www.pinchingtheostrich.com. We wanted to acknowledge the added value Animation-ish has brought to the project and hope your customers and contacts find inspiration in this showcase.”

Unlike many animation programs out there today , Animation-ish is special because unlike the rest of the programmes in its range , it is very easy to use . You need no experience whatsoever. You can simply jump right in and teach yourself to use it.
Animation-ish also makes animating fun and it doesn’t take forever to make a simple animation. Animation-ish is great if you are new to animating. If you have used animating software before then I recommend a more advanced title in the ToonBoom range.
I definitely recommend Animation-ish for anyone from the age of 4-14.

The Toon Boom team attended the prestigious Animator 2009 festival in Poznan, Poland on July 6, 7 and 8 and gave three workshops each day, one geared towards children and the others to professionals.
The Kids workshops included 10 participants each, all 13 to 15 years old. Participants had the chance to create an animated clip in two hours, using Animation-ish, starting by creating their storyline, then splitting the work among themselves to be able to deliver a project at the end of the session.
Check out their creations below as they are quite impressive!
Bravo to all!
