* To check if your camera is compatible with Studio 6, please download the trial version and follow these steps:
- Plug your camera to your computer via the USB port
- Open Studio 6 and go to File> Acquire> From Capture Device
- In the Options Window, under the Source tab, check the Device scroll down menu to see if your camera is recognized and listed.
- Capture an image inside Studio 6 to make sure your camera works.
- If your image is captured, you can start your first stop-motion project.
If you don't have a camera and want to buy one, make sure it supports QuickTime or Apple Image Capture Application (for MAC) or
DirectShow (for WIN). Only DV and Web cams are supported.
