facility located in Taipei, produces animation for advertising and television series. Lichi added Toon Boom Studio
to their tool set in 2002 and have used the software on a number of productions since.

Broken Saints
March 2003: When we think of web animation and online
cartoons, we tend to think of either flying corporate logos or oddball webisodes full of lowbrow humor. But Broken
Saints, an online graphic novel created by Brooke Burgess, Andrew West and Ian Kirby, defies categorization. This
work of "cinematic literature", as its creators call it, catapults web animation into uncharted territory.

Slappy’s Slap Happy with Toon Boom Studio!
March 2003: Slappy Pictures is an independent, full
service animation studio located in Southern California. The studio specializes in traditional cell, stop motion
and CG animation for a variety of clients and media. Started up in February 2002 by Mike Dietz, studio director,
Slappy Pictures has used Toon Boom Studio on two projects so far and plans to use it on many more in the future.
