Yes! As long as Flip Boom All-Star was installed and activated on that computer you can use Flip Boom All-Star even if the connection to the Internet is lost.

You need to log into your Facebook account during the export process. You will also be asked to allow Toon Boom Animation as a Facebook application and to allow video uploads on your account. Any negative answers will result in a failure to upload the video to your account.
