  1. D-04108 Windows 7 - Icons in the Programs and Features list not loading

    When you want to uninstall any of the Toon Boom Animation Consumer software at the moment their icons are not shown in the Programs and Features list. The higher end software icons seem to be loading properly though.

    The License Wizard may not launch when using the direct path:
    Applications > Flip Boom Classic 4.0  > Tools > LicenseWizard.

    When using Flip Boom Classic on Mac OS X the sound is not balanced when played in the Record Sound window immediately after recording.

  5. D-06261 Crash caused by creating a new project when Flip Boom Classic 4.0 was opened by double-clicking on an existing project

    Creating a new project in the case where Flip Boom Classic 4.0 was opened by double-clicking on an existing project will cause Flip Boom Classic to crash.

  6. D-06262 Duplicate page places focus on incorrect page

    When you use the Duplicate Page option, the focus stays on the original page instead of changing to the newly created copy.

    Workaround: Manually change the focus to the copied page by selecting the corresponding page in the Drawing Sequence.

  7. D-06278 Losing a drawing when undoing the Insert page operation

    Undoing the Insert Page operation loses a drawing if the Page was inserted while more than one page  was selected in the Drawing Sequence interface.

  8. Intermittant problem when using Drag and Drop from Library to Canvas


    Drag and drop of an item from the library into the canvas won't work 80% of the time. (Driver issue)

    WORKAROUND : When the object from the library is selected click on the yellow arrow beside the library or double-click on the item you want to import from the library.
