  1. D-04076 Tablet [Windows]: changing screen resolution causes offset in pen strokes
    Bamboo Pen tablet (driver v5.6.0-7a) and Intuos 3 (driver 6.1.2-4) on Windows Vista:
    Changing screen resolution causes offset in pen strokes. The offset increases towards the right side of the screen.

    In the Paint application there is no offset when changing the screen resolution.


  2. D-04077 Bamboo Pen: stroke offset in mouse mode
    Bamboo Pen tablet (driver 5.2.0-7a) on Windows Vista:
    Mouse mode causes offset in pen strokes.

    In the Paint application there is no offset in strokes when using the pen in mouse mode.

    This issue is not reproducible in Flip Boom Classic v1.0 or Storyboard Pro v1.5 SP1.

  3. D-04151 Tablet [Windows]: only the last eraser stroke is kept
    Bamboo Pen (driver v5.2.0-7) and Intuos 3 (driver v6.1.2-4) on Windows Vista:
    In Eraser mode (i.e. middle button set to Eraser), only the last stroke is kept - all the other strokes disappear as soon as the middle button is released.

  4. D-04152 Tablet: in eraser mode, strokes are made even without pressing the pen
    Bamboo Pen (driver 5.2.0-7) and Intuos 3 (driver v6.1.2-4) on Windows Vista:
    In Eraser mode, strokes are made even without pressing the pen on the tablet. The strokes are very thin, but are still visible on the drawing.

    This also occurs on a Mac.




  5. D-04153 Tablet [Windows]: using middle button in Pan/Scroll mode produces drawing strokes
    Bamboo Pen (driver 5.2.0-7) and Intuos 3 (driver 6.1.2-4) on Windows Vista:
    Using the middle button in Pan/Scroll mode produces drawing strokes.

    This issue is not present on Mac.



  6. D-04156 Tablet: zoom in/out using [Ctrl]+[middle button in Pan/Scroll mode] does not work
    Bamboo Pen (driver 5.2.0-7) and Intuos 3 (driver 6.1.2-4) on Windows Vista:

    Zoom in/out operation using [Ctrl]+[middle button in Pan/Scroll mode] does not work. Instead of the zoom in/out operation the select lasso tool is activated.



  7. D-04268 Tablet: pen movements are registered even without touching the tablet
    Bamboo Pen (driver 5.2.0-7) and Intuos 4 (driver: 6.1.2-4)

    While the middle button (Pressure Hold mode) is pressed all the pen movements (without touching the tablet) are registered as strokes.
    This behaviour is present in all hi-end products.


  8. No Pressure sensitivity with Wacom Intuos/Cintiq tablets (for limited user accounts)
    If you setup user accounts on your machine with limited access to the Preferences and Library you should be aware of the following:

    You may be unable to obtain pressure sensitivity on the pen with your Toon Boom software.

  9. Troubleshooting Integrated Intel Graphic Cards
    If your TabletPC has an integrated graphics card and it occasionally crashes then do one of the following:

    •    Install the latest TabletPC drivers
    •    Reduce the hardware acceleration setting of your TabletPC
