  1. D-04095 Windows 7 - Open GL view turns black or temporarily disappears when using the Xsheet scrollbar with the Aero Graphical User Inteface in Windows 7 turned on

    In Windows 7 if the Aero GUI is switched on and the Xsheet scrollbar is used, the Open GL view becomes temporarily disabled (either Gray or Black). To restore the view, click on the drawing in either the Xsheet or the Timeline.

    On Windows 7 the installer does not consistently set the software icon on the machine. This issue is noticed after the first install of the software. Subsequent installation seems to recover the icon more easily.


  4. D-04123 Windows 7 - When you launch the installer it tries to install mixed letters and numbers.msi

    When you launch the setup.msi for any Professional product a message appears stating that you are currently trying to install 128d8a40.msi (or similar) from Toon Boom Animation Inc. on your computer. This may be caused by fetching a temporary name that is unzipped on the machine.
