You may encounter the following situation:
When you disconnect a Wacom tablet from a computer and connect a new tablet, the new one will not work correctly with Toon Boom Studio.
You can remedy this by doing one of the following:
Reinstall the Wacom driver: 1. Uninstall the tablet drivers. 2. Restart the computer. This is an important step, if you do not do this the installation will not fix the issue. 3. Reinstall the tablet drivers for your new tablet;
For Advanced Users: 1. Close the TabletService by typing the following on the command line: net stop tabletservice 2. Rename or delete the file: \windows\system32\tablet.dat
If it is not located under system32 then you have the latest version of the driver. In this case the tablet.dat file will be located in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\*CurrentLoginName*\Application Data\WTablet\tablet.dat
If you are running under Windows Vista you can locate it at the following location: C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\WTablet\tablet.dat
Start the TabletService by typing the following on the command line: net start tabletservice
