You might lose the pressure sensitivity of your pen tablet when you are using multiple monitor with Toon Boom Studio. This is related to some display settings that interfers with the Wacom pressure sensitivity feature.

This situation can be solved by changing your dual display settings from Dual Screen to Horizontal Span. The fact of switching to Horizontal Span will trigger the pressure sensitivity on.

Those settings can usually be accessed by going to the display settings of your computer.

Something else you could try is to changing the port in which your monitors are. Depending on which monitor is plugged in which port you may get different behavior so try to switch the plug in which your monitor are attached.
