Role reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Product Manager
Understanding customer needs and translating them into features and enhancements
Collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to build high-quality, innovative solutions
Defining features through wireframes, mockups, and user stories
Keeping projects on track, communicating project status to stakeholders
Performing acceptance testing and prioritizing bugs
Conducting customer interviews and user tests
Providing internal and external product documentation
Supporting product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and support
Assist Quality Assurance (QA) team in identifying test scenarios, documenting test cases, and performing regression testing for new product releases.
Identify, analyze, and communicate any bugs discovered during testing.
Perform demonstrations for prospective customers in sales meetings.
Conduct user research and competitive analysis.
Perform analysis of application configurations and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute as a member of the Development team by continually looking for opportunities to improve our products and processes. Provide feedback to drive new features and enhance existing functionality.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience with product development, product management, or project management
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to take on a task, formulate a plan of approach, and deliver a complete result.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to motivate team efforts to accomplish goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with various product teams.
Ability to thoroughly document solution requirements and design specifications.
