Your Impact

This is one of the most important roles at Toon Boom. You will be the first person that speaks to a future customer and, as such, your approach, knowledge and demeanor will be critical to your success. You will need to explain in simple terms the value of our products and why they are important to them. You will get to do this in a human way, not in a pitch fashion. You are ambitious and persevering, are motivated by starting and developing great customer relationships, while tracking tangible results. What We Are Looking For

We will hire the person who we believe can best deliver amazing business results in terms of account development. We are looking for a person who has 2-3 years relevant experience in cold calling, an amazing self-starter who is customer centric, smart, curious, tenacious, resilient, a great listener, and will positively impact our culture.

Responsibilities

  • Make 200 calls/emails per week to build and manage lead/account development pipeline

  • Prospect into multiple school districts/schools and studios via cold-calling, e-mail, etc.

  • Articulate Toon Boom's value proposition to assess buying interest.

  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions

  • Provide weekly activity report to management

  • Document all interactions in CRM (Salesforce)

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of sales experience

  • Ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets

  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling (English required)

  • Knowledge of research techniques

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Multilingualism considered a strong asset
