Sales Representative - North America
The Sales Representative- North America (NASR) is responsible for supporting the growth of the North American territory which includes Canada, United States and Caribbean. Reporting to the Director of Sales – North America, the NASR will have hands-on, day-to-day interaction with commercial customers in the territory. The ASR will be expected to maintain current sales by continuing to build upon relationships with existing customers as well as prospect to grow sales within the territory.
Meet (or exceed) quarterly and annual quotas for the territory.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory
Pursue business development opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads through telemarketing, networking, trade shows/conferences and social activities
Follow up on inbound web generated leads
Manage a pipeline by forecasting and planning your activity
Work with the Director of Sales, North America to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet goals
Provide clear and concise updates in the CRM database
Support the Director of Sales, North America with ad hoc sales activities (license requests, quoting, service requests etc)
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Attend industry related trade shows as required
