Toon Boom Animation will sponsor the prizes for the winners of the Toronto Urban Film Festival (TUFF). Toronto's subway film festival, reaches over 1 million daily commuters on 8 Film Zone screens in downtown subway stations, running non-stop for 11 days across the Toronto Transit system every September.

The Toronto Urban Film Festival Guest Judge this year is Guy Maddin, OM, CM, an installation artist, screen-writer and filmmaker, the director of ten feature-length movies, including: My Winnipeg (2007), The Saddest Music in the World (2003), Archangel (1991) and The Heart of the World (2001).
