What if my download does not work?

The download server may have been momentarily busy. Please try again.

Check if your computer accepts 'Cookies'.
If not, please enable this option by going into your 'Control Panel' to 'Internet Options' to 'Security', and then to 'Custom Level'.

Check if you are downloading through a program such as 'Real Download','Reget', 'Gozilla' etc. which may cause problems in downloading Toon Boom products.
To by-pass this, you will have to temporarily disable these programs, and allow the download manager of your browser to take charge of the download instead.

You might experience problems with download managers like Go!Zilla, RealDownload, Download Accelerator Plus or GetRight. Please deactivate all download managers before clicking the download link.
You can also try to deactivate your download manager by pressing the "Alt" button as you click the download link.

You might experience some problems downloading our software due to your firewall or Zone Alarm.
You may have to disable your firewall or Zone Alarm temporarily to download software from our website.
