Crash when software running while performing a license upgrade

When upgrading a license a crash may occur if:

  1. Storyboard Pro is open
  2. Local License Manager is open
  3. Network License Manager is open

-- ISSUE RESOLVED IN SP1 (service pack1)

BEFORE performing an upgrade make sure that ALL of the following are closed and not running:

  • Storyboard Pro
  • Local License Manager
  • Network License Manager
  • Operating system:

    • Windows (all)

    • Mac OS X (all)

  • Software:

    • Storyboard Pro (all)
