This course is intended for artists who are new to Harmony, but want to specialise in Harmony’s cut-out animation tools. Participants will use Harmony Premium to learn the basics of digital cut-out animation by animating rigs through introductory exercises and reoccurring production animation techniques, such as cycles and interaction with props.

Participants should have an applied knowledge of the 12 principles of animation before taking this course.

  • High Speed Internet Connection
  • Computer supporting Toon Boom’s system requirements
  • Installed version of the required software (license provided on registration)
  • Access to Zoom via app or browser
  • Min 10Gb of hard drive space for software and course materials
  • Mouse and drawing tablet & pen (Wacom preferable)
