After working for studios in Mexico, Colombia, Canada and the UK for 15+ years, and the last 7 as a Lead Animator, I should confess I'm not really an animator, don't know anything about animation and don't really know what I've been doing all this time, but I've enjoyed the occasional free pizza and beer. Currently working as a Lead Harmony animator at Passion Pictures in London (until they find out, of course).

I’m a 2D animator currently working a paid position as an animation intern at Nelvana and student under the Sisler CREATE program. I participated in the Orange Tree Project under the guidance of Nickelodeon mentors as an animator for an animated short, and co-lead for series development. My team scored 7th overall in the 24 Hour Animation Challenge, and I’ve worked with the NHL to create content for Filipino Heritage Night. I’ve been able to share my experiences to audiences at Ottawa International Animation Festival, Toon Boom Animated Trends Event as well as students in California.

I’m a Toon Boom Harmony rig Supervisor and R&D in Toon Boom for Xilam Animation (France). I did my studies in 2D animation in Spain, and finally I specialized in Toon Boom Harmony, with a specialty in Rigging. I’m very curious how things work. Working at Xilam Animation allows me to develop my knowledge about the software: creating new builds, developing tools for different phases in a production.
