bio

Callan McGill is an artist and designer who brings stories to life through animation. She can’t get enough of storytelling, and can typically be found with an audiobook in one ear and artbooks sprawled across her desk. She recently released her first short film, Criminal Insecticide, which is a love letter to the noir genre. In particular, Callan loves exploring the intersection of the mundane and the fantastic. She’s a big fan of cool rock formations, old video games, and hot tea. Currently, Callan is animating on Give Up the Ghost, a point-and-click rpg, as well as developing personal short film projects.

fun fact

Callan originally went to school for industrial design but was bitten by the animation bug and never looked back!
